You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received.

Not appreciated! I would stay at the Gold Coast again! Diane Burkhart.Each review score is between 1-10. I stayed at the MGM for a week prior on business and nothing could make me stay there again! Who do they think they are fooling with no lobby seating? The only options you have if you want to sit and wait on a friend is to go into the casino or one of their restaurants. All that being said, I REALLY appreciated the lobby seating and the staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with! Love the casino size and the restaurant options. (Or at least Lysol) I definitely appreciated the fact that you offer the smoking room option. The hallways in the smoking walkways smelled great you might consider having Room Service apply the same type of treatment. 2) I am a smoker also, but I really can't stand the smell of stale cigarette smoke. Since this is part of the 'resort fee' I definitely think an upgrade is needed. The standard two four cup machine would have been better.
